Christian is the founder of BLVD Steak, Taisho and Casita. He's a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, having opened and managed trendsetting restaurants and bars across the country, including Katana and Sushi Roku. He has held virtually every restaurant position, from server to executive, which ensures any customer touchpoint at all his restaurants creates a stellar experience.
When not at work, you can find Christian at home with his wife and three kids.

Born and raised in NY, Paul has called Los Angeles home for over 20 years. Before opening BLVD Steak, Taisho and Casita, he managed various hospitality mainstays, including BOA Steakhouse and W Hotels. His over 25 years of experience and relentless passion for hospitality are a foundation for our company culture.
Paul is a proud husband and father of two. When you dine with us, ask for him, and he'll ensure you feel like family.
